Everyone is welcome to attend monthly campouts with this group. Come for the weekend or just for a day if you don’t have overnight camping equipment.
Caring Connections and United Methodist women both offer fellowship and service opportunities to all interested women.
Food and fellowship are standards for this group which meets the second Sunday of each month in the Fellowship Hall for a potluck and short program.
LOAVES AND FISHES (Wednesday evening meal)
Low cost meals are provided on Wednesday evenings to anyone who chooses to come, with the primary focus being for persons of all ages involved in music and other Wednesday evening activities.
This group meets twice weekly. The quilters have made hundreds of beautiful and useful items with needle and thread, which are donated to local and mission organizations as well as new babies and other individuals.
PRAYER CHAIN and PRAYER GROUPS
The prayer chain is available on request. Also, small prayer groups meet weekly to pray for our pastors, our Church, its people, and issues world-wide.
RiNGs (Really interesting Nice Guys)
If you are a young man at heart, then this group may be for you. RiNGs meets once to twice monthly for fellowship, study, and service.
Stephen Ministers are trained lay persons who provide support, care, and help on an ongoing basis to those who request their services.
PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY
If you can knit or crochet- or want to learn, you are welcome to join this group as they prayerfully make lovely prayer shawls which they dedicate and give to persons who would benefit from such a wonderful gift.
UNITED METHODIST MEN
This group meets monthly, excluding the summer months, for fellowship, spiritual growth, and work projects. They also participate in District events. All men are welcome!
UNITED METHODIST WOMEN (UMW)
All women are welcome to join the UMW, which closely follows the UMW purposes of experiencing freedom through Jesus Christ, and developing creative fellowship and expanding global ministries. There are monthly unit and small group meetings, with many fellowship and service projects.
